Create your username and password in the mobile app to register and submit claims electronically.

What you'll need

As a first-time Ellement Group Benefits user, you must register your account. You will need your new benefit card since you must provide your Group Number and Certificate Number.

Download the app

Go to the AppStore (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and search Ellement Group Benefits app.
Alternatively, you can scan the QR code below with your mobile device to download the Ellement mobile app.

Register

Open the application and tap Register Account in the bottom right corner.
Fill out the form with your information.
Create a username and password, then tap on Sign Up.
You will return to the login page. Enter the username and password just created, and tap Log in at the bottom of the screen.
Once logged in, you'll see the dashboard. Here, you can see recently submitted claims and the status of your submitted claims.
